Non-Alcoholic Jelly King is the culmination of Bellwoods efforts to make a non-alc beer in Jelly King’s image, and one that can convincingly wear the Jelly King crown. Jelly King translates well to a non-alc version, as many of the flavours that make it so nice to drink come from the yeast and the bacteria used in the brewing process. The base of both the beer and the non-alc is soured in the same way, and this results in interesting, predominantly peachy characteristics brought on by mixed fermentation.

Stay Classy l Non Alc IPA

ABV aside, our non-alcoholic beer has a lot in common with our beer beer. Both are made with the same ingredients (barley, oats, yeast, hops, etc.) and the same intent (make something that tastes really good!). As a result, Stay Classy pours just like a beer, with good head retention and soft, pale yellow body. Multiple dry hop additions translate into pronounced hop aromatics and flavours — think citrus zest and yellow grapefruit alongside dank West Coast hop notes for good measure. It’s dry, refreshing and crushable, with a pleasant bitter finish.

Bellweiser | Pilsner

Bellweiser is Bellwoods' take on an ‘old world’ pilsner, showcasing a pale malt body, firm bitter backbone, and noble-esque hops. The dry-hop on this one is almost non-existent to make room for lots of yeast-derived aromatics, and the resulting beer crosses off all the "crisp", "clean", and "refreshing" boxes you need it to.

Jutsu was created to embody all the elements of hoppy beer we love, in a most approachable format. It’s super aromatic, but low in bitterness, incredibly hazy, but light bodied, and strikes the perfect balance between juicy and dry. This pale ale is easy to drink, and easy to call a favourite. Hazy with restrained bitterness, juicy yeast-derived aromatics, and a dry body. A refreshing and super drinkable hoppy beer with notes of cantaloupe, and nectarine.
