Assemblage 7 l Barrel-Aged Blended Saison

A mix between Saison Rustique Drei and No Tahoma, combined in wine barrels from various origins for 6 months. The beer is then hopped at the very end of the process to create a beverage with exotic and funky accents.

Cyclope DDH l Double Dry-Hopped Mosaic IPA

The Cyclope IPA line showcases the exotic and enticing characters of new world hops. Pale, slightly hazy, dry, and with moderate alcohol content, it's totally crushable. Each batch is brewed with different hop varieties, mentioned at the bottom of the cans. The heavy dry-hop brings out the tropical fruit character of the chosen hops, and the moderate bitterness calls for another can. This DDH is very floral, with bright citrusy and tropical fruit notes.

Double Dose l West-Coast IPA Aged in Sauternes Barrels

Brasserie Dunham got their hands on some Sauternes barrels and decided to throw beer into them! Double Dose as a base beer is an American west coast IPA that has never been bottled (as far as I know). The nose is extremely vinous, loading senses with oak, tannic aromatics, and some tart wine-like earthiness. There are hops flowing as well, lending some tropical fruit accents to the winey bomb of a nose.

Faux Fruit l Fruited Double IPA

Pineapple-based Double IPA. Lots of citrus on the palate, balanced the sweetness from the pineapple. Very drinkable!

Leo's Early Breakfast l IPA

Bursting with rich aromas of tropical hops and guava puree that is balanced slightly with the herbal and bergamot notes of early gray tea. This collaboration with Anders Kissmeyer is both complex and endlessly refreshing, and with a firm bitter finish, you’ll want to sip on it any time of the day – even at breakfast.

Saturne l Farmhouse Ale

An aromatic summer blonde Saison brewed with a non-diastatic yeast, hopped with Mosaic, Simcoe and El Dorado. This refreshing and lightly bitter beer will quench your thirst during the hot days to come.
