Raphaël and Emélie Beysang  settled in Saint Germain Nuelles in 2017 and today own about 8.7 hectares of vineyards, all of them managed in biodynamics, which vinifies for the most part with the exception of a few lots that sells to friends in Auvergne.

 

100% gamay on various types of soil: clay, limestone, granite, blue stones. The very clear vision and the strong principles foresee a great dedication and hard work in the vineyards, followed by a transformation / production of "zero zero" wine. The wines of Emélie and Raphaël are of a purity rare, crisp and pleasant, light and with an almost dangerous degree of drinkability. The bottles are mostly recycled and therefore all look different
