"Raphaël and Emélie Beysang settled in Saint Germain Nuelles in 2017 and today own about 8.7 hectares of vineyards, all of them managed in biodynamics, which vinifies for the most part with the exception of a few lots that sell to friends in Auvergne. 

100% Gamay on various types of soil: clay, limestone, granite, and blue stones. The very clear vision and the strong principles foresee a great dedication and hard work in the vineyards, followed by a transformation/production of "zero-zero" wine.
