The Beer Formerly Known as La Tache
Made with the same ingredients as Sahalie, but brewerd differently, La Tache is The Ale Apothecary’s lightest and most approachable beer. Hops are used only for aromatics in the hop back to balance with the acidity produced by their proprietary house cultures of yeast and bacteria. Barrel aged for up to nine months and then dry hopped for another month in oak.
