Dare to Dream
Brewed with Vienna malt, wheat, and a combination of crystal and roasted malts, as well as dark Belgian candy sugar added to the boil. Hopped in the boil with Sterling and Bramling Cross, at the end of the boil a blend of spices was added that included coriander, orange peel, cardamom, lime leaf, and black lime. Fermented warm with 2 Crows house saison yeast to increase the saison esters.
Dark fruit, prune and plum notes, moderately roasty with very subtle spice, a classic saison ester profile and a dry finish.

ABOUT THE BREWERY:
2 Crows Brewing Co is the brainchild of husband and wife duo Mark and Kelly Huizink, and brewer Jeremy Taylor. Named after an old nursery rhyme that starts 'one crow sorrow, two crows joy', 2 Crows opened in January of 2017 in downtown Halifax. They brew modern beers, with the utmost care and focus on quality above all else. Their aim is to get people thinking about craftmanship, where their beer is coming from, and the various characteristics that make beer great.
