Reverend Nat opened in 2011 in Portland (OR) where he makes small batches of creative and original dry and off-dry ciders only. His mission is to create dry and off-dry hard ciders in a wide range of styles from traditional and hard-to-drink to modern and highly quaffable using heirloom apples and other carefully chosen ingredients, all reflecting the historical position of hard cider in America and the bounty of the Pacific Northwest.

If there was a concoction that was a hybrid of a beer and a cider, this would be it!

Heirloom NW American apples and Belgian wit-style cider steeped with coriander, bitter orange peel and paradise grains. Fermented with French saison, Belgian ale yeasts and pure apricot juice.

Hops: Dry hopped with whole-leaf Cascade and Amarillo.


This is a fresh and fruity off-dry cider that is simply amazing – not dulled by any sweetening.
